Paiute ATV Trail

Be sure to add a trip to Paiute ATV Trail while visiting south-central Utah. During your visit, you'll enjoy scenic views of ridges and forest through Fishlake National Forest. The main trail covers over 275 miles with thousands of miles of marked side trails and forest roads. To cover the entire loop you will need 3 to 4 days. While on the trail you can enjoy camping, fishing as well as seeing herds of deer and elk. This is the perfect destination to re-connect with nature.

Fremont Indian State Park

Be sure to add a visit to the Fremont Indian State Park to your itinerary. While visiting the park you will learn about the Fremont Indians and see their largest village. The museum houses artifacts, petroglyphs, and pictographs from the Fremont Indians. There are also hiking trails and special events throughout the year.

Big Rock Candy Mountain

Big Rock Candy Mountain is one of the most recognized geological sites in Central Utah. This mountain was named by locals back in 1928 after the song had been released. They also named the nearby spring "Lemonade Springs. The brightly colored mountain was formed by volcanoes, steam water, and mineralization. The pictures of the mountain won't compare to the bright red, yellow, orange, and white colors you'll see during your visit. There is a blocked railroad tunnel that can be accessed by the Candy Mountain Express Bike Trail or by pulling off Highway 89 near mile marker 187, and hike to the Bike Trail.
